You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register. bsk21 does not knowingly accept accounts from minors. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 via BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri bank transfer. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated at the time of claiming. The standard Welcome Bonus carries a 30× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount plus the qualifying deposit.
Each player may hold exactly one bsk21 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances. Sharing accounts between individuals is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bsk21 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to protect your password.
bsk21 provides deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all members. We encourage responsible play and direct any player experiencing gambling-related distress to our support team.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member") and bsk21. By creating an account, logging in, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the bsk21 platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

| "Member" / "You" | Any individual who has completed the bsk21 registration process and holds an active, verified account on the Platform. |
| "Account Balance" | The total of deposited funds, credited bonuses (where applicable), and settled winnings less withdrawals and settled losses held in a Member's account at any given time. |
| "Bonus Funds" | Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award, or reload bonus credited to a Member's account pursuant to a bsk21 promotion, subject to the wagering requirements stated in Clause 5. |
| "Real Funds" | Deposits made by the Member from their own bank account or e-wallet, as distinct from Bonus Funds. |
| "KYC" / "Verification" | The Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required by bsk21 before any withdrawal is authorised, as detailed in Clause 3. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The multiple by which a bonus amount (and, where specified, the qualifying deposit) must be turned over in eligible wagers before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. |
| "Indonesian Rupiah" / "IDR" / "Rp" | The lawful currency of the Republic of Indonesia, used as the default account currency on bsk21 for all Members whose accounts are denominated in IDR. |
Use of the bsk21 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This threshold is set above the general Indonesian legal age of majority in recognition of the heightened responsibility associated with gambling activity. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 or older.
21+ Age Policy: bsk21 employs mandatory age verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. All funds on the account — including any winnings — will be forfeited and may be donated to a responsible-gambling charity at bsk21's sole discretion.
The bsk21 Platform is operated for users who are residents of Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register. bsk21 does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, including but not limited to the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, and the Netherlands.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under court-ordered guardianship, or who have been placed on a self-exclusion register administered by bsk21 are not eligible to hold an active account.
Employees of bsk21, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, and any third-party suppliers directly involved in the operation of the Platform are not eligible to hold a Member account or participate in any promotion.
To access the full features of bsk21, you must complete the registration form truthfully, providing your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Indonesia.
Each individual is entitled to maintain exactly one (1) bsk21 account. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bsk21 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and permanently retain any balances therein upon detection of duplicate accounts.
bsk21 is required to verify the identity and age of all Members prior to processing any withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of the following documents:
bsk21 aims to complete KYC review within 48 hours of receiving a complete documentation set. Withdrawal processing will not commence until KYC is approved.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bsk21 will treat any action taken from your account as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify bsk21 support immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).
All information provided during registration and KYC must be accurate and current. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. bsk21 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time to maintain compliance.
bsk21 accepts deposits via the following payment channels:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The maximum single deposit via bank transfer is Rp 100,000,000. Different limits may apply to e-wallet and cryptocurrency deposits; current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your account.
Bank transfer deposits submitted during standard Indonesian banking hours (generally 08:00–21:00 WIB on business days) are typically credited within five (5) minutes. Deposits submitted outside these hours may take longer. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required network confirmations — typically within 10–30 minutes depending on network congestion.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 5 minutes for verified bank transfer requests submitted during banking hours, and within 24 hours for all other requests. bsk21 may apply enhanced review periods for large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 per transaction.
All accounts denominated in IDR will transact in Indonesian Rupiah. USDT depositors may maintain a USDT-denominated balance; conversion to IDR is available at the prevailing mid-market rate at the time of conversion, with no additional fee charged by bsk21.
bsk21 does not impose any withdrawal fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transfer fees on their end; such fees are beyond bsk21's control and are the Member's responsibility.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by bsk21 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, as well as these General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following default wagering requirements apply:
Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unmet wagering requirements upon expiry will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings.
Wagering requirements may be fulfilled by placing qualifying bets on sports markets (pre-match and live), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and most casino games. Certain game categories — including live dealer baccarat played at specific table minimums, progressive jackpot slots, and Aviator crash games — may contribute at a reduced percentage (typically 10%) towards wagering requirements. The full game-contribution table is available in the Member's account bonus portal.
bsk21 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and to close the associated account — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling; using arbitrage techniques to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; or any coordinated activity with other Members to exploit promotional structures.
Where a Member holds both Real Funds and Bonus Funds, the following withdrawal sequencing applies: Real Funds are always withdrawn first. Bonus Funds and associated winnings become withdrawable only after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
A wager is accepted only when bsk21 confirms the bet in writing within your account transaction history. In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or server fault at or after the time of bet placement, bsk21 reserves the right to void any affected wager and return the staked amount to the Member's account.
For bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, all bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time), unless the market specifically states that extra time and/or a penalty shootout are included. Asian handicap, Over/Under, mix parlay (accumulator), and 1X2 bets are all subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
Live in-play odds are subject to rapid change. A bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment bsk21's system registers the wager. Where a market is suspended during bet processing, the wager will be voided and the stake returned.
bsk21 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical malfunction, data feed error, or human error — even after initial settlement — and will notify affected Members within 72 hours of voiding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bsk21 Platform:
Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the bsk21 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of bsk21 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without bsk21's prior written consent.
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by bsk21's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
In summary, bsk21 collects personal data to operate the Platform, verify your identity, process financial transactions, prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions. Your data is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and is not sold or disclosed to unauthorised third parties.
bsk21 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, or circumstances beyond bsk21's reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or disruptions to national banking infrastructure) may cause temporary unavailability.
Gambling involves financial risk. bsk21 is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of Members' betting or gaming decisions. bsk21 provides tools to help Members manage their gambling — see our Responsible Gaming page — but the decision to wager remains entirely with the Member.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bsk21's aggregate liability to any Member arising from any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bsk21 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Members may close their account at any time by contacting bsk21 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be settled; unmet requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Real Funds remaining after settlement will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days.
bsk21 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination, all Bonus Funds are immediately forfeited. Real Funds will be returned subject to verification, provided no fraud investigation is pending. bsk21's rights to recover losses, damages, or outstanding debts survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bsk21 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through bsk21's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause limits a Member's statutory consumer rights under applicable Indonesian law to the extent those rights cannot be contractually excluded.
bsk21 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via account notification and/or email at least 14 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
